Leaving for Mozambique-April 17, 2012

Very early in the morning, Sonia, a Child Evangelism Fellowship missionary, and Mericineia, and I left Cuiabá arriving in São Paulo.  In São Paulo a CEF representative came to the airport with materials to take to Mozambique. Each of us could have two suitcases plus carryon our bagage was filled to the max. We had one bundle extra of flannelgraph boards tripods, tracts.  After praying the airlines let the extra baggage go on for free.  This was a huge blessing. About 6:00 pm we boarded South African Airlines for Johannesburg.  In Johannesburg we boarded another SAA plane for Beira, Mozambique. We were met at the airport by Pr. Simonal and Maria Pires.  It is a good thing they had a pick-up car.  We filled the back end.  We then went to their house for a late lunch and rest.
